litter比较级是less，litter最高级是the least，需要注意的是最高级前面要加“the”。litter，英文单词，名词、及物动词、不及物动词，作名词时意为＂垃圾；轿，担架；一窝（动物的幼崽）；凌乱，人名；（匈、德）利特＂，作及物动词时意为＂乱丢；给…垫褥草；把…弄得乱七八糟＂，作不及物动词时意为＂产仔；乱扔废弃物＂。
用litter造句：He disliked the litter of human dwellings。他不喜欢住处搞得乱七八糟。Any person found leaving litter will be prosecuted。禁扔垃圾，违者必究。There was litter strewn all over the pavement。人行道上到处都是扔的垃圾。
